OPEN BURNING
The 2012 open burning season will be:
JANUARY 15, 2012 - MAY 01, 2012
A permit must be obtained at Fire Headquarters prior to conducting your first burn. After that, you may call the number listed on the burning permit between the hours of 10:00 am - 12:00 pm to see if burning is being allowed for that day. YOU MUST CALL EACH DAY THAT YOU WISH TO BURN. A new permit must be obtained each year. There will be a $10.00 fee burning permits this year. One permit will be valid for the entire 2012 burning season.
